Project 2

In this project,we have to create a group in 5 members, we were required to interview profession which randomly assigned to us.So, we have requiered to interview a civil engineer or structural engineer.Then, we were required to select a firm or company in which the profession assigned to us work in. 

- In the interview session, we were required to find out

• the company profile (history, company structure and any relevant information)

• background of your interview in construction industry (his working experience, projects he involved in

•  any other relevant information) o two (2) projects in which your profession involved o his/her roles and responsibilities in that particular projects o other relevant information.

•  we are advised to plan and think of the questions and structure of the interview properly to avoid second appointment with your interviewee.  - we are also required to record the interview session as a part and parcel of the submission 

During the progression, it's very difficult to find a interwee.my groupmates and i keep finding a cvil engineer for interview about 2 weeks which still have 2 weeks for submission. In that session,it's totally hopeless feeling. Luckily, my father was invited to a development company which having a new headquarter opening ceremony party and one of the kind developer was allowed us to interview their civil engineer in their open ceremony party.The interwee (civil engineer) who named Ms.Lim Yen Sin,she is a kind civil engineer.she really tried her best to give us an interview in that time.
